Upon the Deputies arrival they made contact with the occupants in the SUV, and were alerted to the odor of burnt marijuana. Deputies conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle and recovered marijuana, 22 baggies of suspected heroin, 43 baggies of suspected crack cocaine, and a single baggie of suspected powder cocaine. Deputies later arrested (pictured with attachment) Deshay Domique Cephas of Crisfield, and charged him with 3 counts of possession of CDS, not marijuana, 3 counts of possession of CDS with the intent to deliver CDS, and distribution of CDS within a school zone. Cephas was later held at the Detention Center without bond.
