(ABC7) — As civil lawsuits continue to be filed against Prince George’s County Public Schools alleging that school staff, educator, and a principal were told by students former teacher’s aide Deonte Carraway was sexually abusing children, Maryland lawmakers say they’re working to close a legal loophole.
